Served as project manager for the replacement of an asbestos cement watermain along Old Boynton Road. This project was in <br /> response to the need to widen the road and replace an old wooden bridge. The new road's drainage system conflicted with the <br /> existing water main in numerous locations and, because it was constructed of asbestos cement, the City decided to replace the <br /> main in its entirety. This project also included the abandonment of a 16-inch force main, as well as an aerial crossing of the <br /> water main over a Lake Worth Drainage District (LWDD) canal. Served as project manager to perform a detailed drainage study of the existing stormwater collection and pumping system for <br /> these drainage basins, totaling almost 400 acres, located at the north end of the Town of Palm Beach. The purpose of the <br /> studies were to determine if the Town's existing stormwater collection system improvement master plan could be further <br /> optimized to reduce construction costs.
