PBS&J led an initial three-day scoping charrette and is <br />currently developing the design and construction documents. The charrette was <br />conducted to determine the feasibility of constructing a new fitness center. Structural engineer <br />responsible for assisting with the design of a new multi-phased corporate <br />headquarters for Publix Super Markets. The first phase encompasses 320,000 <br />square feet. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Southwest Florida International Airport, Fort Myers, Florida. Structural <br />engineer responsible for assisting with the design and construction management <br />for phase I of this S 133 million project, which consisted of a new three-story, <br />700,000-square-foot tenninal building, three concourses, 28 gates, and a 3,000- <br />car parking garage. Directly responsible for the design and construction <br />management of the I ,400-foot-long by l80-foot-wide tenninal. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Visa Corporate/Office Building, Miami, Florida. Structural engineer <br />responsible for assisting with the design and construction management of a new <br />two-building, 340,000-square-foot corporate office complex inclusive of <br />executive offices, a secure computer operations center, and employee cafeteria. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Deltona City Hall, Deltona, Florida. Lead structural engineer for the design of <br />new city hall building accommodating all municipal functions including <br />constitutional officers, administration, growth management, public works, "one- <br />stop pennitting center," and a ISO-seat multipurpose commission chamber. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Key Biscayne Government Center, Key Biscayne, Florida. Structural <br />engineer responsible for providing construction management for the new city <br />hall, police headquarters, and public parking. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Six. Bridge <br />inspections for District Six. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Authority, Miami, Florida. Pump station <br />inspection and data collection. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Miami Dade College (MDC), Building 9000, Miami, Florida. This project for <br />MDC involves architectural and engineering design services for the Wolfson <br />Campus Building 9000, which is situated on a demolished one-story 4, I 00- <br />square-foot support service building site that is proposed to be transformed into <br />an eight-story culinary arts building with a wine-tasting center, plus a <br />mechanical equipment roof level. The work involves mechanical, electrical, and <br />plumbing systems and conveyor systems; circulation spaces; hardscape and <br />landscape design; engineering coordination with adjacent overhead Metromover <br />track, Metromover right-of-way, and existing MDC chiller lines; design and <br />coordination of new and existing support utilities, new structural components <br />with existing adjacent structures, maintenance of traffic, and construction <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />PBSI. <br />
