Her master's thesis included writing a program in Visual Basic to simulate the cyclic response of a concrete member of any diameter and length encased in a fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) jacket or steel jacket; developing equations to predict the shear strength of concrete members encased in a FRP jacket; and testing FRP-reinforced concrete beams.
