Code compliance is the responsibility of each discipline engineer as they are most aware of the various code provisions. Permits required t'(:)r a project are identitied early on as noted above and the application is submitted as soon as possible on each project. Complying with the requirements of each permit is the responsibility of the discipline engineer in concert with the project engineer and Quality Control. Funding compliance is constantly monitored by our project management team, making sure that all aspects of the scope are executed, any scope changes are approved prior to execution, and projections of costs are made that will forewam us of any possible problem areas. 3.c.3 Samples of Service Shaw's personnel are prepared to perform any of the scope items identified.
