Eskinazi re\'icwcd <br />major electrical calculations and system design for the <br />Comanche Peak - Unit 1 Nuclear Power Plant. He also <br />reviewed calculations for the sequential loading of the <br />emergency diesel generators, DC batteries and battery <br />chargers, short circuit, and \'oltage profile calculations. <br />He validated the entire plant lighting system, including <br />IOCFR50 Appendix "R" retluirements. <br /> <br />06/1987 - 02/1988, Assistant Project <br />Manager, Stone & Webster, Project <br />Management, Sequoyah, TN <br />As Assistant Project J\Ianager, t\[r. Eskinazi coordinated <br />all engineering and construction support services for the <br />Sequoyah Nuclear Plant prestart program. These <br />ser\.ices included analysis and redesign of pipe supports <br />and supports of major components, resolution of <br />integrated dcsign inspcction by the NRC, consulting to <br />the Client management team, and field cngineering <br />sCr\'ices in support of construction. Thc project <br />organization was comprised of 350 engineers and <br />administrati\'e personnel assigned to five office locations <br />and at thc construction site. <br /> <br />He also prepared proposals, ncgotiatcd contract and <br />implemented the \\iork under accelerated schedulcs and <br />expedited collection of payments. <br /> <br />The following is a summary of key projects: <br />Project Manager, Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Unit 2, <br />Tennessee Valley Authority, TN, 06/1987 - 02/1988. <br />Prm'ided project management and cost and schcdule <br />controls for enginecring and design contract. <br /> <br />Accomplishments: <br /> <br />Coordinated all engincering and construction support <br />services for the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant prestart <br />program. Developed training workshop. <br /> <br />l-\ccomplishments: <br />De\'eloped a comprehensive workshop for training key <br />senior le\'c! employees in the proper management, <br />administration, and execution of small and lump-sum <br />turnkey domcstic and international projects. Eskinazi <br />directed the technical functions for the engineering and <br />design of a 300 k\V photO\'oltaic solar plant, and <br />controlled the project schedulc and cost.
