<br />As Project I\Ianager, I\[r. Fairbanks was responsiblc for
<br />the engineering, procurement selTiccs, and construction
<br />phase ser\.ices for various public and private projects
<br />consisting of athletic complexes, parks, parking lots,
<br />roadway projects, and airport facility projects.

<br />The following is a summary of key projects:
<br />Project Manager, Framingham State College
<br />Parking Expansion Project, Framingham State
<br />College, Framingham, MA, 08/2002 - 01/2003. The
<br />project consisted of a new sidchill parking lot. Mr.
<br />Fairbanks' responsibilities included schcmatic design
<br />studies of structure vs. at-gradc lot, cost cstimating,
<br />design of retaining walls abm"c and below the lot, steam
<br />linc relocation, drainage dcsign and tic-in to Mass
<br />Highway Route 9 drainage system.

<br />Project Manager, Pottle Street Athletic Field
<br />Complex, Town of Kingston, MA, Kingston, MA,
<br />03/2002 - 01/2003. The project consisted of the
<br />engineering, procurement, and construction phase
<br />sCLyices for the site de\"elopment of thc ncw II-field
<br />complex including 23 acrcs of grading, drainagc,
<br />wetlands replication, fencing, irrigation, parking lots and
<br />roachvays, and planning board and conservation
<br />commission interface. l\dditional scope included
<br />redesign of the entrance road and support of land
<br />takings by the Town.

<br />Project Manager, Facility Assessment Project,
<br />Rhode Is[and Airport Corporation, RI, 04/2001-
<br />09/2001. The project consisted of the assessment of 20
<br />existing buildings at six RIAC airports. Report includcd
<br />cost estimates and recommendations regarding
<br />rehabilitation and asset prioritization. Mr. Fairbanks
<br />performed all inspections and compiled thc report.

<br />Removal Equipment Garage, Rhode Island Airport
<br />Corporation (RIAC), Newport, RI, 06/2000 -
<br />OS/2001. The project consisted of the engineering,
<br />procurement, and construction phase services for a new
<br />snow removal cquipment building. I\lr. Fairbanks'
<br />responsibilities consisted of the engineering of the new
<br />3000 square foot building, its foundations, and site

<br />phase services for a ne\v athletic field complex. I\[r.
<br />Fairbanks engineered the permitting, field layout,
<br />irrigation system, and parking lot. He also prepared the
<br />procurement package for the \vork and prm"ided
<br />construction phase ser\"ices.

<br />Department Concrete Bridge Inspection, Mass
<br />Highway Department, Boston, MA, 10/1999-
<br />12/1999. I\lass Highway required that all concrete arch
<br />bridgcs be inspected in I\Iassachusetts as a precaution
<br />after a structural problem develop cd on a similar
<br />structure. I\[r. Fairbanks performed inspections of
<br />numerous bridges on land and from the water surface
<br />bencath as wcll as the superstructure abm"e and
<br />compiled inspection results into the report submitted.

<br />Transitway, Massachusetts Bay Transportation
<br />Authority (MBT A), Boston, MA, 09/1998 - 05/1999.
<br />The project consisted of thc cnginecring, procurement,
<br />and construction phase services for the construction of
<br />the Silver Line, an underground bus transitway. Mr.
<br />Fairbanks provided general support in the procurement
<br />and construction phase services portion of the project.

<br />Storage Transportation Study, Private Fuel Storage,
<br />LLC, Tooele, UT, 06/1998 - 09/1998. The project
<br />consistcd of a fcasibility analysis of constructing a 26
<br />mile rail line to a remote location for storage of nuclear
<br />waste. Mr. Fairbanks' responsibilities included estimates,
