(MSA) provided professional engineering services to the Miami-Dade Park and <br />Recreation Department (MDP&RD) for the wastewater improvements to Rolling Oaks, Lake Lucern, Ives Estates, Ojus and <br />Oak Grove Parks. MSA generated a meeting agenda and subsequent meeting minutes for the review and approval of the <br />MDP&RD. <br /> <br />. <br />
