(MSA) provided professional engineering services to the Miami-Dade Park and Recreation Department (MDP&RD) for the wastewater improvements to Rolling Oaks, Lake Lucern, Ives Estates, Ojus and Oak Grove Parks. MSA's scope of services included the following: Kick-Off Meeting - Facilitated a project kickoff meeting to identify the project team representatives, submitted a proposed work-plan for MDP&RD's approval, reviewed the project delivery schedule, and established procedures for project communication. MSA generated a meeting agenda and subsequent meeting minutes for the review and approval of the MDP&RD. .
