The project team will remain intact for all
phases of the projects. We believe in a single-source delivery of services and key
personnel continuity will be crucial to the success of these continuing contract projects.

Harvard Jolly has a solid reputation of over 72 years providing superior service to clients from
the onset of a project. Our firm has designed multiple award-winning governmental facilities,
and has served more than 30 municipalities and 25 counties. Our hands-on approach, from
project onset to understanding the needs for not just the end user but by incorporating all the
rules and regulations of all local, state and federal agencies as they apply to the project and the
site.

The permitting agencies involved in projects are as varied as the projects themselves. We
work hard to cultivate and maintain good working relationships with all reviewing entities.
Early review sessions are built into our schedules. Through our project experience we had
the privilege of working with the Miami-Dade Building Department and various other
municipal agencies. Harvard Jolly has also been very successful working in coordination with
an obtaining the necessary approvals and permits from regulatory and government agencies
including:
South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD)
Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP)
Florida Administrative Code and Building Code
Florida Energy Conservation Code
Florida Department of Environmental Resource Management
Florida Fire Prevention Code
Applicable NFPA Standards and Codes
Environmental Protection Agency
US Fish and Wildlife Agency
US Corps of Engineers
· Americans with Disabilities Act

Based on project type, additional regulatory and compliance review agencies have included:
USGBC for LEED - Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design
CPTED - Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design
· CALEA - Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act
· AHCA - Agency for Health Care Administration

Harvard Jolly has a thorough understanding of the "fast-track" process. This generally means
that early decisions must be made regarding requirements for the project and structure. Our
team has no reservations about this process, only a clear understanding that fast-track
Projects require a cohesive team that will indeed meet the goals of the compressed schedule
while allowing the project budget to be maintained.

Section 1 .
