The permitting agencies involved in projects are as varied as the projects themselves. We work hard to cultivate and maintain good working relationships with all reviewing entities. Early review sessions are built into our schedules. Through our project experience we had the privilege of working with the Miami-Dade Building Department and various other municipal agencies. Harvard Jolly has also been very successful working in coordination with an obtaining the necessary approvals and permits from regulatory and government agencies including: South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Florida Administrative Code and Building Code Florida Energy Conservation Code Florida Department of Environmental Resource Management Florida Fire Prevention Code Applicable NFPA Standards and Codes Environmental Protection Agency US Fish and Wildlife Agency US Corps of Engineers · Americans with Disabilities Act Based on project type, additional regulatory and compliance review agencies have included: USGBC for LEED - Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design CPTED - Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design · CALEA - Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act · AHCA - Agency for Health Care Administration Harvard Jolly has a thorough understanding of the "fast-track" process.
