Sunny Isles Beach <br />Calton Robinson joined the firm in 1995 as Senior De- <br />signer with 17 years of previous experience. His back- <br />ground includes a comprehensive list of both private and <br />public sector clients with an emphasis on project design, <br />project administration, programming, and space planning. <br />His abilities have been focused in many of the firm's key <br />interior design projects. Mr. Robinson is a graduate of <br />Berkely School of Design. An 85,000 SF, <br />eight -story civic building including a 130 -seat City <br />Council chamber and auditorium, City Administrative <br />offices, community development departments, public <br />services departments, a police department, library, <br />post office and other related facilities. The facility <br />also includes a public park and an enclosed parking <br />garage for 225 cars. <br />Cape Coral City Hall Complex, Cape Coral, FL. A <br />91,000 SF, 2 -story civic building masterplanned ad- <br />jacent to the existing facility. The building includes a <br />250 -seat City Council chamber and auditorium, <br />Mayor's office, City Clerk, City Attorney and City <br />Manager offices, community development and other <br />related city functions. The facility also is master <br />planned to include a 350 -car garage for staff and visi- <br />tors in a subsequent phase. <br />Key Biscayne Government Center, Key Biscayne, <br />FL. Anew City Hall; Police Headquarters and public <br />Parking Garage. The project was master planned <br />and designed as a low scale campus environment <br />open and accessible to all citizens. The center is <br />located adjacent to the Village's main public park. A <br />Fire Station and Community Center (designed by oth- <br />ers) were additional components of the Government <br />Centercampus. <br />Charlotte County Justice Center, Punta Gorda, FL. <br />A five -story 184,000 SF facility that includes space <br />for the judiciary, court administration, the clerk of <br />courts, the state attorney, the public defender and <br />the sheriff's department.. Performed an exten- <br />sive site analysis and selection process with owner's <br />real estate consultant. A Master Plan was devel- <br />oped for multiple phases encompassing ten build- <br />ings totaling 1,800,000 SF and capacity of 7,200 <br />employees. Phase I included a 640,000 SF, three - <br />building complex which consisted of executive of- <br />fices, conference rooms, board rooms and an ex- <br />ecutive dining area. Other amenities and support <br />areas included a cafeteria, fitness center, health fa- <br />cility, a computer print operations center and a train- <br />ing center. Phase II included two additional build- <br />ings, totaling 391,000 SF. <br />O Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Birmingham <br />Branch, Birmingham, AL. Architectural, engineer- <br />ing, planning and interior design services for a <br />185,460 SF operations center. The building's de- <br />sign and site are capable of supporting a 50% ex- <br />pansion in both space and parking. This majorfed- <br />eral project incorporated state of the art mechani- <br />cal, electrical, communications and security sys- <br />tems and was designed to maintain operations dur- <br />ing a disaster. <br />
