<br />This four -story 168,000 SF L- shaped office building is
<br />home to most Volusia County agencies and depart-
<br />ments, the County Council and various other munici-
<br />pal government entities. The building's focal point is
<br />a full- height rotunda which connects the two wings of
<br />each floor and serves also as the vertical circulation
<br />element.
<br />Collier County Government Center Master Plan,
<br />Collier County, FL. Master planning of a 560,000 SF
<br />campus consisting of 16 county buildings, including
<br />the courthouse, administration building, health ser-
<br />vices building, sheriff's office and jail. This study in-
<br />volved a thorough evaluation of the architectural, struc-
<br />tural, mechanical, and electrical components of each
<br />structure and projected space needs for the next fif-
<br />teen years.

<br />new 50,000 SF Police Headquarters and Public Safety
<br />Complex inclusive of holding cells, investigation divi-
<br />sion, forensic department, and related administrative
<br />support spaces. Complex also to include a new
<br />12,000 SF Fire Station and Emergency Medical Ser-
<br />vices (EMS) facility.

<br />United States Postal Service General Mail Facil-
<br />ity and Vehicle Maintenance Facility, Miami, FL.
<br />The facility, with 500,000 SF of space, is divided into
<br />three components. Mail handling and central distri-
<br />bution encompasses the major portion of the project,
<br />a small area is designed for office use, and a large
<br />vehicle maintenance facility makes up the third com-
<br />ponent.
