This 17,000 <br />SF police facility in- <br />dudes police chiefs of- <br />fice, assistant chief's <br />office, detective of- <br />fices, squad rooms, <br />prisoner interview <br />room, prisoner confer- <br />ence room, prisoner <br />holding cells, men's <br />and women's locker <br />rooms, and an exercise room. The building was designed <br />to accommodate future expansion and allows maximum <br />flexibility in the interior spaces. <br />Loll <br />Spillis Candela DM1M <br />SCDMJM provided complete master planning, architec- <br />ture, engineering, and interiordesign servicesforthe Juno <br />Beach Town Center. This 17,000 SF multi - purpose facility <br />captures the culture and life style of the City of Juno Beach. <br />The building's tropical architecture, harmonious with the <br />town's location, utilizes breezeways and balconies to take <br />advantage of the area's mild climate, which simultaneously <br />minimizes energy consumption. The configuration of this <br />facility creates a large outdoor courtyard suitable for a vari- <br />ety of public events. The building was also carefully de- <br />signed to take into consideration future expansion and to <br />create interior spaces that had maximum flexibility. <br />
