Unification and establish- ment of separate neighborhoods utilizing existing veg- etation. • Monarch Lakes - prepared permit plans for various single - family and multi - family residential pods. Responsibilities included site planning and planting for the internal roadways, as well as the recreation areas and model centers. • The Fountains at Miramar - responsible for the design of all hardscape planting, water features and site furni- ture of an upscale retail center in Miramar. Scope of services included: plans and documents from permit- ting through construction administration. • Weston Parcel 25 & Parcel 26 - assisted in the plant- ing design of two single - family residential parcels in Weston. Colorful tropical plantings enhanced the model units and created a lush, park -like setting. • Interior Foliage Contract, Miami International Air- port - chief designer and project manager overseeing the implementation of a $600,000 Interior Foliage Con- tract by a contractor throughout the terminal, executive offices, and all concourses. • Tree and Palm GSA Contract - directly involved in the design and implementation of a $800,000 tree and palm GSA contract. Responsibilities included coordination with landscape contractors under a tight schedule. • Tree Removal and Relocation Contract - prepared all contract documents and assisted in the contractor se- lection process of a $100,000 tree removal and reloca- tion contract within Miami International Airport and Opa Locka Airports. Biscayne Boulevard - Prepared tree removal & relocation documents for sections of FDOT District VI roadway in Miami. This project required collection of field data, documenting the information in graphic and text formats and coordinating the relocation activities with the local municipalities.
