Puig, R.L.A. <br />Landscape Architect <br />Page 2 <br />Relevant Project Experience: <br />Continued <br />street as well as improve both pedestrian and vehicular <br />circulation. <br />• Tamarac Roadway Beautification Project - assisted <br />in the planting and hardscape design of 5 +/- residential <br />roadway miles in Tamarac. Unification and establish- <br />ment of separate neighborhoods utilizing existing veg- <br />etation. <br />• Monarch Lakes - prepared permit plans for various <br />single - family and multi - family residential pods. <br />Responsibilities included site planning and planting for <br />the internal roadways, as well as the recreation areas <br />and model centers. <br />• The Fountains at Miramar - responsible for the design <br />of all hardscape planting, water features and site furni- <br />ture of an upscale retail center in Miramar. Scope of <br />services included: plans and documents from permit- <br />ting through construction administration. <br />• Weston Parcel 25 & Parcel 26 - assisted in the plant- <br />ing design of two single - family residential parcels in <br />Weston. Colorful tropical plantings enhanced the model <br />units and created a lush, park -like setting. <br />• Interior Foliage Contract, Miami International Air- <br />port - chief designer and project manager overseeing <br />the implementation of a $600,000 Interior Foliage Con- <br />tract by a contractor throughout the terminal, executive <br />offices, and all concourses. <br />• Tree and Palm GSA Contract - directly involved in the <br />design and implementation of a $800,000 tree and palm <br />GSA contract. Responsibilities included coordination <br />with landscape contractors under a tight schedule. <br />• Tree Removal and Relocation Contract - prepared all <br />contract documents and assisted in the contractor se- <br />lection process of a $100,000 tree removal and reloca- <br />tion contract within Miami International Airport and Opa <br />Locka Airports. <br />Biscayne Boulevard - Prepared tree removal & <br />relocation documents for sections of FDOT District VI <br />roadway in Miami. This project required collection of <br />field data, documenting the information in graphic and <br />text formats and coordinating the relocation activities <br />with the local municipalities. <br />
