A 2,000 vehicle parking lot. Services provided <br />included: tree surveying and identification; tree reloca- <br />tion/removal permitting, wetland identification, permit pro- <br />cessing through BCDPEP, USACOE, and SFWMD. <br />• FDOT 1 -75 Fence Replacement 8, Vegetation Re- <br />' moval, fence replacement and vegetation removal along <br />1 -75 from Pines Boulevard to 1- 595 /Alligator Alley Toll <br />Plaza. Services provided included: wetland jurisdictional <br />' determination; permitting through BCDPEP, SFWMD, <br />and the USACOE. <br />' N. Andrews Gardens Neighborhood Improvement <br />Project, a 730 -acre community located in Unincorpo- <br />rated Broward County. Services provided in the first phase <br />of the project included: a Basis of Design Report (BODR) <br />' which evaluated the existing conditions and recom- <br />mended engineering and landscape architecture solu- <br />tions. The design portion of the project includes the <br />' design, construction /contract administration, permitting <br />of the water, sanitary sewer, drainage and roadway im- <br />provements, preparation of bidding documents, as well <br />' as the design of landscaping and entry sign features for <br />the neighborhood. Additional services provided by MLA <br />include SFWMD and BCDPEP surface water permitting, <br />tree surveying and BCDPEP tree preservation permit- <br />, ting, FDOT permitting, public information, and construc- <br />tion /contract administration. <br />
