Mark R. Clark, C.E.P. ' As a Senior Biologist, Mr. Clark is responsible for perform- ing studies and investigations on biological and ecological ' impacts effecting the firm's projects. This includes field evaluations, assessments, recommendations and report writing. Specific responsibilities include: wetlands juris- t dictional determination, dredge and fill permitting; wetland mitigation design; mitigation monitoring; recommendations for maintenance procedures; coordination of environmen- tal GIS applications; and assistance with plan prepara- tions and mitigation. Mr. Clark has held the position of Senior Scientist and ' Environmental Sciences Manager with other local, con- sulting firms. In addition, he has been a District Permits Coordinator /Biologist for the Florida Department of Trans- portation from October, 1990 to July, 1993. Responsibili- ties for this position included: permit coordination and pro- cessing with numerous environmental agencies, freshwa- ter and estuarine wetland evaluations and delineations, pro- ' tected species coordination, seagrass mapping, coral re- location, mitigation plan development, endangered species biological assessments, permit construction compliance. From July through October, 1990, Mr. Clark held the posi- tion of Environmental Specialist/Biologist for FDOT. As such, he performed wetlands evaluations, floral and faunal determinations, cultural resource determination, hazard- ous material surveys for roadway corridors, and Project Development and Environment (PD& E) studies.
