She is active in coordination of the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of I Weston. Responsibilities include composition and submission of plats, land use amendment, rezonings for several local municipalities, issuance of zoning permits and coordination of final site plan reviews for developments within the City of Weston, as well as composition of research and presentation projects to assist client's needs. Ms. Francisco prepares and coordinates land use plan amendments for reanalysis, facilities manage- ment plans, assessment and grant applications which often call for socioeconomic data research and analy- sis to estimate social, economic, environmental and fiscal impact, special assessments and due diligence activities. She also has extensive experience in writing, and compilation of research requests and projects for presentation, trend analysis of local economy and expanding or relocating industries.
