He has <br />also prepared the hydraulic analysis on force main <br />piping network systems using hydraulic modeling <br />software and has performed hydraulic analysis on <br />operations associated with water and wastewater <br />treatment plants. Mr. Kennedy is also experienced in <br />preparing capacity analysis reports, risk <br />management plans, ion exchange DBP removal, <br />odor control studies and designs for wastewater <br />treatment plants and sewage pump stations including <br />master plans for sewage collection and pumping <br />systems. Mr. Kennedy has worked extensively with <br />permitting agencies including various municipalities, <br />Broward County Department of Planning and <br />Environmental Protection, Florida Department of <br />Environmental Protection and the US Environmental <br />Protection Agency. Project included <br />preparation of all cost estimates for the owner. Also, <br />Project Manager for entire construction phase. <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant Odor Control, <br />City of Pembroke Pines, Florida — Design included odor <br />study and preparation of Technical Memorandum, Odor <br />containment design, Odor scrubber design, Specification <br />preparation. Project included preparation of all cost esti- <br />mates for the owner Also, Project Manager for entire <br />construction phase. <br />Water Treatment Plant Expansion to 18 MGD, <br />City of Pembroke Pines, Florida — design included <br />6 mgd ion exchange color removal unit, 8 MGD Greenleaf <br />filter unit, control building. Project included preparation of <br />all cost estimates for the owner. Also, Project Manager <br />for entire construction phase. <br />Pembroke Falls 1500 Acre Residential Development <br />Site Utilities, Engle Homes/ Pembroke Pines, Florida — <br />Project included master plan for all water and sewer <br />systems, sewage lift station design, gravity sewer line <br />design, water main design and cost estimates for all work. <br />Preparation of Risk Management Programs for facilities <br />using chlorine. Plans were prepared for three munici- <br />palities, training was performed and operating manuals <br />were composed. <br />Consumptive Water Use Permits (CUP's) including <br />Water Use Permit application, Long Term Water Supply <br />Plan, Water Conservation Plan and reuse Feasibility <br />Studies. <br />
