The <br />Project, a blend of roadway and site development, <br />includes grading, paving, drainage, architectural, <br />lighting, permitting, utilities, signalization, weigh in <br />motion instrumentation, surveillance system and <br />lightning dissipation system for the site. <br />1 -95 HOV From Forrest Hill Boulevard to South of <br />Southern Boulevard 231919 - 2-52 -01 <br />Design for the addition of HOV lanes on this section of <br />1 -95 in Palm Beach County.
