Adjusted US -1 <br />corridor signal timings based upon the develop- <br />ment's traffic impacts and mitigations. <br />Seminole Casino Traffic Study, North American Sports <br />Management, Inc., Coconut Creek, Florida <br />Evaluated the traffic impacts of the proposed casino, as <br />well as analyzed the access provided to /from the <br />development. Assessed those impacts with the DRI <br />framework. <br />IBIS Community Traffic Assessment, North American <br />Properties, Palm Beach County, Florida <br />Reviewed and reassessed the proportion of traffic each <br />land use in the community contributes to area roadways. <br />Successfully implemented the revised traffic allocation <br />saving our client several hundred thousand dollars. <br />Microscopic Simulation and Signalized Intersection <br />Delay, Florida <br />Initiated a study of 190 signalized intersection approaches <br />to determine the relationship between the 1997 Highway <br />Capacity Manual and COSIM 4.2 regarding the calculation <br />of signal delay. Proposed ranges of delay applied to <br />CORSIM results, which effectively simulate 1997 HCM <br />results.
