PROJECT EXPERIENCE:
Develop and Implement a Fully Functioning GIS, City
of Weston - This project involves developing, updating,
and maintaining all GIS coverages for the City. The
coverages include, but are not limited to, City boundary,
parcel base map, streets, addresses, utilities (water, sewer
and storm drainage), residential commissioner districts,
business locations, parks, school boundaries, refuse pick-
line information detailed to the lot level. All recorded plats,
metes and bounds descriptions and condominium parcels
were entered using coordinate geometry, creating a base
map that was accurate within +/- .5 feet. The final product
was delivered in an ArcINFO format and was appended to
the Broward County Property Appraiser's GIS parcel base
map.
Data Development (Public Utilities Department), City
of Miramar - convert and attribute existing AutoCAD
utilities data area and hard copy as -built data into a GIS
for pilot area. Data conversion will include water, sewer
and drainage infrastructure. Create easements and plat
coverage data sets for entire City. Develop a pavement
coverage from existing aerial photos. The pavement data
developed will be used in the City's pavement
management program.
Storm Water Data Conversion, City of Lauderhill —
Contracted by the City of Lauderhill to convert all existing
storm water data (in AutoCAD format) into ArcINFO. All
data was attributed in ArcINFO using as -built hard copy
