Unit <br />Price will constitute as full compensation to install the pole mounted <br />fixture assembly, complete in place, including all necessary and <br />appurtenant work and materials. Appurtenant work and materials <br />shall include but not limited to furnishing and installing the pole <br />mounted fixture assembly and holiday receptacles. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Precast Concrete Base: <br /> <br />Measurement: The quantity to be paid for under this section for <br />furnishing and installing precast concrete base at each pole <br />location will be based upon actual quantity installed in completion <br />and acceptance of the Owner of each item in place, as indicated on <br />the drawings, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />Payment: For furnishing and installing a precast concrete base will <br />be made at the Contract Unit price per each named Bid Item. Unit <br />Price will constitute as full compensation to install the precast <br />concrete vase complete in place, including all necessary and <br />appurtenant work and materials. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Service Rack: <br /> <br />Measurement: The quantity to be paid for under this section for <br />furnishing and installing the Service Racks based upon actual <br />quantity installed in completion and acceptance of the Owner of <br />each item in place, as indicated on the drawings, all in accordance <br />with the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />Payment: For furnishing and installing the Service Racks will be <br />made at the Contract Unit price per each named Bid Item. Unit <br />Price will constitute as full compensation to furnish and install the <br />Service Rack, coordination with FPL, complete in place, including <br />all necessary and appurtenant work and materials as shown on the <br />Contract Documents. Appurtenant work and materials shall include <br />but not limited to furnishing and installing the Meter Can, Fused <br />Disconnect Switch, Surge Suppressor, Panel Boards, Transformer, <br />Lighting Contactor Cabinet and Stainless Steel enclosure as per <br />the detail shown on the contract documents. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Pull Boxes: <br /> <br />Measurement: The quantity to be paid for under this section for <br />furnishing and installing the precast concrete pull boxes based <br /> <br />01025-3 <br /> <br />03-4174 <br />
