17. Removal of any property belonging to Cleaning Systems and /or the customer is a <br />serious matter which shall result in immediate dismissal and possible legal action by the <br />customer and /or Cleaning Systems. <br />Performance <br />Poor workmanship and cleaning complaints will be cause for termination after three <br />(3) warnings. <br />19. Refusal to perform a job requested by a supervisor shall be termed insubordination <br />and employee will be immediately terminated. <br />20. Any employee found working under the influence of alcohol or non - prescription <br />drugs will be immediately terminated. <br />21. Smoking is not permitted in the building while you are working. <br />22. Any employee found sleeping on the job will be immediately terminated. <br />23. Employees are not permitted to use the customer's telephones except in an <br />emergency and with the permission of their supervisor. <br />24. Employees will take breaks in designated areas only. Food and drinks left on the <br />premises by the customer are not for employees' use. Failure to comply with this rule <br />61 result in termination after three (3) warnings. <br />25. Employees of Cleaning Systems are the only persons permitted on the job. CHILDREN <br />ARE NEVER PERMITTED ON THE JOB. <br />26. You are required to leave the premises at the end of your shift. Employees are not <br />allowed on the premises when not working unless they have prior written permission <br />from Cleaning Systems. <br />Customer Relations <br />27. In addition to the rules and policies of Cleaning Systems, employees are required <br />to abide by any rules, regulations and policies as set forth by the customers of Cleaning <br />Systems. <br />28. Employees will abide by all requests made by the customer until a supervisor can <br />be contacted. <br />29. Employees are not to take it upon themselves to settle any disputes with the <br />customer. You are required to be courteous at all times and contact your immediate <br />Wervisor as soon as possible. <br />30. Employees working around the general public are to remain courteous at all times, <br />not get involved with argumentative, abusive, or irate people and contact their supervisor <br />immediately, as necessary. <br />
