All street furniture, amenities and facilities, located on public medians, parks and rights-of- <br />way , defined in the project limits, are to be kept clean and free of graffiti and all trash <br />receptacles are to be emptied on a daily basis, seven days per week. <br />9. All litter /trash receptacles shall be emptied and the contents disposed of on a daily basis (7 <br />days per week). <br />10. Each May 1, Contractor shall submit, for City approval, a hurricane rtlobilization and <br />preparedness plan specifically relating to manpower, equipment, and scheduling. <br />11. The Contractor must submitt a plan defining irrigation sequencing and timing for all City <br />irrigation systems. <br />12. No fuel, oils, solvents, or similar materials are to be disposed of in any catch basins. The <br />contractor must closely adhere to local, state, and Federal Environmental Protection Agency <br />requirements, and is responsible for all non - compliance penalties. <br />13. All structures and monuments, located on City medians, rights -of -ways, or parks, shall be <br />checked for graffiti and cleaned daily. <br />14. The contractor and his supervisory personnel must have substantial experience in the <br />landscape and irrigation maintenance of parks and public rights -of -way including medians and <br />high traffic roadways. This experience must include a minimum of five years experience in this <br />type of work. Proof of such shall be required at bid submittal. <br />15.
