Mow all Bermuda turf, not to exceed a 1 1/2" height, with a `Reel' type mower. <br />Remove all clippings with each cut. Frequency of mowing will be as defined in <br />Section R.1.A. <br />E. Use `Choice' mole cricket control (on Bermuda turf) chemical once per year <br />' during the month of May. Follow manufacturers instructions for application <br />methods and amounts. <br />' F. Apply Diazanon, on Bermuda turf, for worm control, once during the month of <br />October and once during the month of April (2 applications). Follow <br />Imanufacturers instructions for application methods and amounts. <br />G. For fungus control, on Bermuda turf, and on an "as needed" and curative basis <br />only. Apply Daconil fungicide at the first appearance of fungus. Follow <br />manufacturers instructions for application methods and amounts. <br />' H. For weed control, on Bermuda turf, use (2) applications of Pendulum or Ronstar. <br />The first application is to occur in March and the second application is to occur in <br />September. Follow manufacturers instructions for application methods and <br />amounts. <br />I. For fertilization on Bermuda turf apply Lesco 13 -2 -13 a minimum of (4) times <br />' per year to effect 8 pounds of nitrogen per 1000 sq. Ft. per year. Contractor is <br />responsible for contracting with A & L Laboratories, Pompano Beach, Florida, <br />(954)972 -3255, to complete (2) soil analysis per year to verify the minor element <br />requirements, and adjust fertilizer application as needed. Submit soil analysis to <br />City for review by City Landscape Architect. <br />' T. PAYMENT <br />1. The payment process begins when the contractor notifies the City Manager or designee of <br />work completed. <br />2. The contractor is to notify the City Manager or designee's office by 9:00 a.m. of the <br />following work day regarding work areas completed. Following such notice, the City shall <br />inspect the maintenance area indicated within 24 hours. If the contractor's performance does not <br />
