Key members of the design team <br />participated in a charette and public input process, led <br />by internationally known town planner Andres Duany, <br />F.A.I.A, principal in the firm of Duany Plater - Zyberk & <br />Company. The process saw the project grow from initial <br />conceptual studies to final design with focused public <br />involvement throughout. The Town Center envisions a mix <br />of residential, civic and retail land uses located within <br />comfortable walking distances of each other.
