Landscape IDesigner <br />Ms. Mayo is a Landscape Architect and Urban Planner for the South <br />Florida Land Development Group. She is experienced in landscape <br />design, particularly for the South Florida climate; site planning and <br />processing; concurrency requirements; and due diligence preparation. <br />She fully understands the client's development programs, the need for <br />good communication, and the processes involved in creating a quality <br />work product. <br />Relevant Project Experience <br />Provences, Development of Regional Impact, St. Lucie County, FL; <br />Planner. Carter & Burgess is the consultant for this 733 -acre planned <br />'new town' community. The unique location and configuration of the <br />property allows for a well planned mixed -use community. The current <br />master plan includes approximately 3,500 new residential units in a wide <br />range of housing types and prices, a 2- million square foot urban village, <br />• hotel and conference /event center, a middle school, a fire station, <br />• mass transit transfer site, and a civic activity site.
