LaM scape Designer
<br />Ms. Bergman is a Senior Landscape Architect with extensive experience
<br />in commercial, municipal, institutional, and residential projects. She
<br />has completed a variety of projects ranging from schematic designs,
<br />landscape master plans, and details drawings while keeping the
<br />projects on schedule and within budget. Ms. Berman has demonstrated
<br />strong people skills; proven graphic skills, both freehand drawing, CAD,
<br />and PhotoShop; created photographic representation of proposed
<br />designs, using computer photo imaging; and proven experience in
<br />implementing CAD standards, procedures, and computerized libraries.
<br />Furthermore, Ms. Bergman has been involved in all stages of the design
<br />process including conceptual design, development, construction, and
<br />client liaison. She has specialized in project presentations, prepared
<br />planting plans in cooperation with an expert plant advisor, and has
<br />been responsible for landscape design for both large and small scale
<br />projects including: private and public sectors, residential and urban
<br />construction, and regional parks.

<br />Dixie Highway /North and South City Gateways, City of Oakland Park,
<br />FL; Landscape Designer. Preparation of landscape and irrigation plans
<br />for median and right -of -way improvements at the north and south City
<br />entrance locations, including signage features, bus stop shelters, and
<br />special pedestrian cross - walks.
<br />Miami lakes Publix, Equity Venture, FL; Project Designer. Preparation
<br />of landscape and irrigation plans for a "rebuilt" Publix store location in
<br />Miami Lakes, Florida.
<br />Cambridge Park, Lennar Homes, FL; Project Designer. Preparation of
<br />overall and master irrigation plans for a 14 -acre, 180 -unit townhome
<br />redevelopment parcel in Oakland Park, Florida.
<br />*City Park Neighborhood, Beer Sheva, Israel; Project Designer. City Park,
<br />a neighborhood in the City of Beer Sheva, Israel was planed to be a
<br />"green" neighborhood with parks, playgrounds and lawns.
<br />*Educational Center, Modin, Israel; Project Designer. The Educational
<br />Center includes a high school, a public library, a theater, culture center
<br />and a sports center. The landscape design challenge was to create
<br />a practical and spacious area, suitable for all the variety of services
<br />offered.
<br />*Ramot Neighborhood, Beer Sheva, Israel; Project Designer. Ramot is a
<br />neighborhood in Beer Sheva, Israel. The project's team included urban
<br />architects and landscape consultants that designed the type, location
<br />and look of the roads, the buildings and the open green areas while
<br />taking into consideration the mountainous topography and the nature
<br />views that need to be preserved.
