A map <br />' will be prepared which delineates the optimum locations for the various proposed program of uses. <br />3.2 A final report will be prepared which summarizes the above data and presents a summary of the issues of the <br />' project. <br />Products provided by consultant <br />• Site visits <br />• Plan map for existing site conditions <br />• Meetings with appropriate agencies <br />' Opportunities and constraints analysis <br />• Summary report <br />TASK 4.0 Conceptual Site Planning <br />4.1 The consultant shall prepare sketch conceptual site plan alternatives which will identify proposed primary <br />recreation activity zones such as: pedestrian and vehicular circulation, parking, drainage, landscaping, restrooms, <br />boardwalks, and other elements outlined in the proposed program. <br />Products provided by consultant <br />• Conceptual site plans (30" x 42) <br />• Preliminary cost estimates for the plans in spread sheet form <br />Conceptual floor plans and elevations at 1/8" = 1.0" for architectural features <br />TASK 5.0 Conceptual Plan Review Meeting <br />5.1 The consultant shall meet with the staff, the Parks Board, and hold a series of public meetings to discuss the <br />conceptual plan. During these meetings, the plan shall be evaluated and critiqued by all parties. Based upon the <br />comments and concerns, the final master plan will be prepared. <br />Products provided by consultant <br />• Public Meetings <br />Summary of Changes <br />TASK 6.0 Final Park Master Plan <br />6.1 A final master plan shall be prepared based upon the conceptual plan review meetings. The master plan will be <br />a graphic presentation accompanied by a written report. The plan shall incorporate all comments and changes <br />required by the staff, Parks Board and the public. The final plan will include refinement to the architectural <br />plans, perspectives of the park, typical sections, and an aerial oblique perspective. The written report shall <br />summarize the park facility program, the master plan, character sketches, conceptual architectural plans for the <br />park structures, environmental, engineering permitting parameters, alternative funding sources, and construction <br />phasing and cost estimates. <br />20 <br />
