SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The RMPK Group - Pg 3 <br />' Products provided by consultant <br />• One final master plan graphic (30" x 42 ") (one colored / rendered plan) <br />• Final architectural floor plans and elevations at 1/4" = 1.0' <br />• Final master plan document: <br />• Final Cost Estimate <br />• Conceptual drainage plan <br />• Parking and Circulation plan <br />• Permitting requirements <br />• Funding alternatives <br />Electronic files of all drawings and reports will be made available to the client <br />CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS PHASE <br />TASK 7.0 Design Development <br />7.1 Architectural <br />Consultant shall prepare design development documents for staff review as follows: refine schematic floor <br />plans, typical wall sections, roof plans, foundation plans, mechanical systems, structural systems, materials <br />selections, cost estimates, interior finishes, and architectural details as required. <br />7.2 Landscape Architectural <br />Consultant shall prepare design development documents for staff review as follows: preliminary design and <br />layout for grading, drainage, entry road parking areas, walkways, plazas, playgrounds, shelters, landscaping, <br />wetlands, and all other areas contained within the final master plan; and preparation of cost estimates, <br />material selections, and geotechnical conditions review. <br />73 Electrical Engineering <br />Engineer shall prepare a preliminary layout and design of electrical service for buildings and site lighting <br />7.4 Planning <br />Consultant shall prepare submittal documents for City site and development plan review process (City Building, Planning Division <br />and Community Development Departments). Consultant shall coordinate meetings with sub - consultants, City staff, Planning <br />Division and Community Development Division. <br />8.3 Site Electrical Engineering <br />Engineer shall prepare all site electrical construction drawings and specifications necessary for bidding of the <br />construction of the project. <br />8.4 Civil Engineering <br />Drainage /Roadways /Utilities <br />Engineer shall prepare storm drainage plans for roads, paved parking areas, and the park site. Roadway <br />grades and cross - sections will be designed by engineer to meet requirements of the City. Stormwater design <br />will include the provision of detention and treatment facilities as required by the County and Southwest <br />Florida Water Management District regulations. Included in drainage plans will be the spacing of curb inlets, <br />sizing of the Stormwater piping system, selection of pipegrades, determination of junction box locations, <br />sizing of the treatment and attenuation pond(s), the determination of the outfall control structures, type of <br />water treatment facility and ouffall location. <br />21 <br />
