SECTION 01310 <br />CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULES <br />PART 1 - GENERAL <br />1.01 REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED <br />A. Promptly after Award of the Contract and within ten days after the effective <br />date of the Agreement, prepare and submit to the Engineer estimated <br />construction progress schedules for the work, with sub - schedules of <br />related activities which are essential to its progress. <br />B. Submit revised progress schedules on a monthly basis. <br />C. No partial payments shall be approved by the Engineer until there is an <br />approved up to date construction progress schedule on hand. <br />D. The Contractor shall designate an authorized representative of his firm <br />who shall be responsible for development and maintenance of the <br />schedule and of progress and payment reports. This representative of the <br />Contractor shall have direct project control and complete authority to act <br />on behalf of the Contractor's schedule. <br />1.02 RELATED REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Section 01010: Summary of Work. <br />B. Section 01152: Applications for Payment <br />C. Section 01200: Project Meetings. <br />D. Section 01340: Shop Drawings, Working Drawings and Samples. <br />1.03 FORM OF SCHEDULES <br />A. Prepare schedules for submittal each month with pay request. The form <br />of the schedule is to be MicrosoftTM Project 4.1a or approved equal. The <br />Schedule is to indicate work completed to date and additions to or <br />deletions from the schedule. <br />1. Provide separate horizontal bar or CPM for each trade or operation <br />within each structure or item. <br />2. Horizontal time scale: In weeks from start of construction and <br />identify the first work day of each month. <br />06/06 01310 -1 03A138.0 <br />
