The prefabricated restroom will be served by a small grinder pump station which will tie into the existing sanitary system on campus. Overall project included the installations of approx. 500 LF of 2” water service line and 500 LF of 2” sanitary force main directional bore, ADA compliant sidewalk improvements, grading and retaining wall. Permitted project with Broward County Environmental Licensing and Building Permitting Division.
