Okeechobee County HAZMAT Facility and Recycle Center. Project Manager in charge of analyzing and designing the interface of potentially hazardous waste and the public waster supply and sewage disposal. Utility Project included lighting, paving, grading, and drainage requirements as well as site planning. Village of Royal Palm Beach Force Mains an Master Lift Station. Project Manager for the design and construction of major sewage collection, Master re -pump station with Telemetry, and Master Lift Station in coordination with the existing system and waste load projections. Crestwood Estates. Responsible for the study of existing water systems and design of major extensions to serve several hundred homes with both domestic and fire protection water. Okeechobee Airport Industrial Park. Project Engineer for evaluation and design of roadway improvements, drainage and complete water and sewer service for the Airport Industrial Park. Coordinated access, and landscaping. Westminster Academy. Project Manager responsible for the Master Plan for private school campus including roadways, parking, domestic water distribution, fire protection, and sewage collection systems. Calvary Chapel. Project Engineer coordinating design and layout of large Private School and Church complex with considerations for existing water, sewer, and other utilities. Evaluated multitude of concepts for most economical and efficient means of service. Reserve Utility Plan. Responsible for overall design of The Reserves, a planned community, which included all Land Development Engineering Designs, especially the complicated Utility Plan. Palm Beach International Airport, Palm Beach County. Project Manager responsible for the civil engineering and construction services for the terminal parking garage expansion. Designs include the geometry, alignment, and matching of several roadways by means of milling and resurfacing. Services included drainage and utility modifications as well as coordination of site lighting and landscaping. Florida Atlantic University, Palm Beach County, Florida. Project Manager supervising the civil engineering services for a multi level parking structure. Design tasks included the design of the fire protection service, paving, grading, and drainage from the site to the adjacent roadways. Project required special considerations for the relocation of utilities such as water, sanitary mains, force mains, storm water, electrical, and communications to avoid conflicts with the proposed design. Drainage Design Experience Program Management: Citywide Drainage Modeling Study, City of West Miami, Florida. Project engineer responsible for the drainage study, which will allow the City to commence necessary upgrades to its existing drainage system, thereby reducing both depth and time of flooding throughout the City. Project included involvement with the City to secure funds from FEMA.
