<br />Design of the Fourth (4th) Runway, Miami International Airport, Florida. Functional Project Manager for the
<br />design of the 4th Runway which involved extensive modifications to the master drainage permit, utility relocations,
<br />pump station designs, maintenance of traffic, and complex phasing. Duties included the writing of specifications,
<br />special provisions, construction notes, and other contract documents, as well as the development of details, plans,
<br />and profiles.
<br />Roadway Design Experience
<br />Andrews Avenue, Florida Department of Transportation, District 4, Broward County, Florida. Project
<br />Engineer for reevaluation and design of roadway improvements including drainage problems. Completed plans for
<br />turn lanes, pavement milling, and drainage revisions to alleviate flooding to adjacent properties.
<br />Grade Separation Study for SR714, Dixie Highway, and FEC Railroad, Florida Department of
<br />Transportation, District 4, Broward County, Florida. Project Engineer for evaluation of several roadway
<br />separation designs for Dixie Highway and SR -714. The study consisted of preliminary design, cost estimates, and
<br />exhibits for Public Hearings by FDOT. Project included Bridges, elevated ramps, signalization, pavement markings,
<br />drainage, and pavement design.
<br />Venetian Causeway, Florida Department of Transportation, District 6, Miami, Florida. Project Engineer
<br />responsible for the alignment and design of the Venetian Causeway bypass bridge, which included several phases of
<br />maintenance to traffic, signalization, milling, resurfacing, drainage, pavement markings, signage, permitting, and
<br />utilities.
<br />Biscayne Boulevard Florida Department of Transportation, District 6, Miami, Florida. Project Engineer
<br />analyzing utility relocation, lighting, paving, grading, and drainage requirements. Represented FDOT for
<br />condemnation and assessed proposed Right -of -Way acquisitions of commercial properties to establish values.
<br />Cypress Creek Maintenance of Traffic Plan, Broward County, Florida. Project Engineer for design of
<br />roadway widening, turn lanes, signalization, pavement milling, and utility relocation. Developed a Maintenance of
<br />Traffic plan for the high traffic artery with numerous abutting drives and large school.
<br />McNab Road, Broward County, Florida. Project Engineer for design of roadway improvements and drainage.
<br />Completed plans for turn lanes, pavement milling, and drainage improvements to serve adjacent commercial
<br />properties.
<br />Pine Island Road. Project Engineer for roadway improvements and drainage design. Completed plans for
<br />widening, turn lanes, pavement milling, pavement design, and drainage improvements. Coordinated signalization,
<br />access, and landscaping.
<br />Bell Glades County: Roadway Design and Construction. Project Engineer responsible for the design and
<br />construction services for 1.2 miles of roadway, which included drainage, pavement design, turn lanes, signage,
<br />pavement markings, and utilities.
<br />Okeechobee County: Wolff Roadway Design. Project Engineer for the design of roadway widening,
<br />intersections, access drives, pavement design for milling and resurfacing, signage, permitting, pavement markings,
<br />and signalization. Coordination of Landscaping and City concerns with adjacent properties.
<br />Miami International Airport, Miami -Dade County, Florida. Project Engineer for the redesign of two FDOT
<br />intersections on NW 3611 Street, which included shift alignment, signalization, pavement markings, milling,
<br />resurfacing, drainage, and maintenance of traffic.
<br />• Palm Beach International Airport, Palm Beach County, Florida. Project Manager responsible for the civil
<br />• engineering and construction services for the terminal parking garage expansion. Designs include the geometry,
<br />• alignment, and matching of several roadways by means of milling and resurfacing. Services included drainage and
<br />utility modification as well as coordination of site lighting and landscaping.
