From the development of an environmental interpretive signage program along the proposed boardwalk to the opportunity of expanding the waterfront experiences of the residents of Sunny Isles, the B&A landscape architects will focus on creating an experience unique to Sunny Isles, The development of the environmental signage program will be spearheaded by Tom Graboski Associates (TGA), Tom brings a wealth of experience in wayside and signage projects utilizing state-of-the-art software as well as creativity and imagination. In 2002, TGA completed the Entrance Monument Signage System project for the City of Sunny Isles Beach and our team is excited to provide these same services for this project, Public Involvement B&A Public Involvement Group brings to this submittal an unmatched record and a unique perspective in public outreach for conventional as well as design build roadway projects, Led by Tere Garcia, our team brings to this project the full commitment of all of B&A' s resources, She is a 25 year veteran of public involvement efforts having been an integral part of some of the far reaching public involvement efforts such as the MIC/East West Multimodal Corridor EIS, the South Dade Neighborhood Concept Plans (the "Moss Plan"). as well as establishing all the public information efforts within MDX since its inception, Her experience encompasses not only the transportation arena, but also the development and governmental field, Ms, Garcia's technical background as an architect and urban planner provides the necessary insight to understand and translate technical issues to a manner more conducive to the public, Implementation of a Public Involvement Program B&A worked with the City of Sunny Isles in the public involvement program for Collins A venue Streetscape Master Plan, At the time due to budget and time constraints the Planning Advisory Board was used as a sounding board for the proposals made and workshops were held to discuss the improvements proposed prior to making a final presentation to the City Commission, Due to the fact that the proposed bridge is adjacent to a new residential development there may be issues that could be raised by the adjacent residents and property owners, B&A is ready to assist the City in designing a Public Involvement Plan that best suits the budget and needs of the project, www.bermelloajamil.com 10
