<br />Over 13 years of roadway design and plans production experience. His responsibilities have included
<br />design of horizontal and vertical alignments, drainage computations, quantities, cross-section design,
<br />signing and pavement markings, and traffic control plans (TCP). Mr. Mojena has also been responsible for
<br />overseeing the development and progress of plans production and CADD personnel activities. Edwin has
<br />performed as Deputy Project Manager on Project Development & Environmental (PD&E) studies for FDOT.

<br />Veterans Drive/USVI (2006): Deputy Project Manager. Responsible for the overall design, production,
<br />schedules, and cost estimates for this project. Project entails reconstruction of Veterans Drive in downtown
<br />Charlotte-Amalie ST Thomas. Project specific includes widening to the Charlotte-Amalie Bay providing
<br />higher vehicular capacity, plus a walkway promenade in accordance to historic aesthetics design

<br />Scott Free Road (RTE 405) / USVI (2004 - 2006): Deputy Project Manager. Responsible for the overall
<br />design, production, schedules, and cost estimates for this project. One and half miles project in

<br />SR-878 Milling and Resurfacing, Miami Dade Expressway Authority/DTC (2001 - 2004): Project
<br />Manager: Responsibilities included project management of MDX's design consultant A.D.A. Engineering for
<br />the design, schedule, and production of contract plans for the Milling and Resurfacing of SR 878. Additional
<br />duties included man-hour negotiations, drafting of the proposed Scope of Services, pre-construction

<br />Miami Dade Expressway Authority/DTC (2001 - 2004): Work Program Estimates Coordinator. In charge
<br />of developing a cost estimates methodology for Dade Transportation Consultants (DTC) Work Program,
<br />and the maintenance of the centralized Cost Estimates database. Duties include updating the different cost

<br />924 Okeechobee/HEFT Extension, SR 874 Kendall Extension. Additionally, Design engineer for the
<br />development of numerous design alternatives leading the optimum Corridor Master Plan. Developed the
