Responsible for developing all Traffic Control Plans for all construction sequences of the Design Build of the Port of Miami Improvements Plan. Sawgrass Expressway PD&E/ Final Design (1997 - 2000): Deputy Project Manager. Responsible for design and calculations of preliminary drainage analysis. Responsible for the overall geometric and vertical design, as well as plans production for 30% submittal. Plan production for 60%, and 90% submittals. (Turnpike Authority). Contact: Becky Bolan, P.E. (407) 532-3399 ext. 3416. West 24th Avenue (1997 - 1999): Deputy Project Manager. Design of horizontal and vertical geometry as well as drainage design coordination. Responsible for overall plans production and Q/A with emphasis on FDOT Design Standards. SR-934 / Hialeah Expressway PD&E (1996 - 1999): Project Engineer in charge of plans production, which included design of horizontal and vertical alternatives for the entire project, analysis of alternatives included improvements to the exit/entrance ramps. Responsible for overall plans production, Traffic Control Plans, design of cross-sections and DTM. Also in charge of coordinating and developing presentation for two Public Information Meetings.
