Civil Engineering, Sardar Patel University, 1966

PROFESSIONAL LICENSES:
Registered Professional Engineer in Florida and New York

PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZA nONS:
American Society of Civil Engineers

CAREER EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Dagly has been a member of the BHA structural engineering department since 1985. He has over 38 years of
structural design experience related to minor bridges and structures utilizing precast segmental and structural steel (Steel
Plate Girders and Steel Box Girders) and mass transit structures. Projects on which he played a major role in structural
design include:

Pedestrian Bridge Over NW 62 Street & Okeechobee Road

New ramps connecting to existing pedestrian bridge. Main ramps consists of Florida double Tee and cast in place deck.
Mr. Dagly was the Project Engineers and designer of the substructure.

1.95 Davie Boulevard Interchange, Broward County, Florida - FOOT District IV
(Steel Box Girders Curved and Straight)

This two level diamond interchange built in three phases consists of five steel box girder bridges totaling 2,340 feet in
length with spans from 100 to 264 feet and widths from 27 to 140 feet. Mr. Dagly provided post design support
services including review of shop drawings of 5 Steel Box Girder Bridges and construction engineering
assistance.

1.95/ S.R. 84 Interchange, Broward County, Florida - FOOT District IV
(Steel Box Girders Curved and Straight)

First Split Diamond Interchange in the State of Florida. The 8 bridges in the S.R. 84 Interchange were designed in steel box
girders (for longer spans) and AASHTO prestressed concrete girders (for shorter spans) totaling 4,160 linear feet. Mr.
Dagly checked the design of the steel box girders of Ramp Hand I.Two box ramps (Five spans continuous with
maximum span of 133'.7") connecting the main S.R. 84 Eastbound Bridge.

1.95/1.595 Interchange, Broward County, Florida - FOOT District IV
(Steel Box Girders Curved and Straight)

This complex, fully directional four level interchange with maximum spans of 100 feet to 205 feet consists of nine bridqes
totaling 12,352 feet in length and included both concrete segmental and steel box girder design alternatives (Steel boxes
alternative was the low bidder). This project had the first single cell steel box girder bridge in the State of Florida. Mr.
Dagly participated in the design of Substructure (piers and end bents) for the steel alternate. Also he checked the
design of the steel boxes for three (3) bridges.
