Dagly, P.E <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />SR 25/ Okeechobee Road Depressed Roadway, Miami-Dade County, Florida - FDOT District VI <br /> <br />Developed two concepts utilizing Slurry Wall and Steel Sheet piling with ground anchors for the preliminary Engineering <br />Report. Designer of temporary ground wall support system for the depressed roadway under the existing Miami Metrorail <br />and S.R. 934 Hialeah Expressway at SR 25. <br /> <br />S.R. 25/ Okeechobee Road widening, Miami-Dade County, FDOT District VI- 2003 <br /> <br />Designer of 5,236 linear feet of bulkhead/planter and bulkhead wall. Also Designer of several Mast Arms structures. <br />Mr. Dagly was also responsible for the plans production. <br /> <br />US 27/ Moore Haven Bridge, Glades County, Florida - FDOT District I <br />(Segmental Bulb-Tee with drop-in-beams in the Navigation and Flanking spans) <br /> <br />The U.S. 27 Moore Haven Bridge over Caloosahatchee Canal is a high level, fixed structure 2,276'-0" long with a vertical <br />clearance of 55 feet and opens the waterway to its full 300 feet width without a fender system. In the original design by BHA <br />the navigation and flanking spans (3 spans continuous: 210' - 320' - 210') were developed using steel haunched plate <br />girders. The project was value engineered using segmental Bulb-Tee with drop-in-beams in the Navigation and Flanking <br />spans breaking U.S. records. Mr. Dagly performed Concept to Final Construction Plans: checked pier design, <br />reviewed the longitudinal analysis of the proposed concept, reviewed shop drawings, reviewed the superstructure <br />and substructure design and provided construction support services. <br /> <br />Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Broward County, Florida - FDOT District IV <br />(Precast Segmental) <br /> <br />This is a two level fully directional Interchange that provides access to and from the airport between US 1 and 1-595. This <br />project consists of six (6) precast seqmental bridqes totaling 4,035 linear ft. and five precast prestressed girders bridges. <br />Mr. Dagly participated in the design of the superstructure (Longitudinal and transverse analysis), review of shop <br />drawings, review of construction and deconstruction of the existing segmental bridges and performed post design <br />services including resolution of Request For Information (RFI) and preparation of the As-Built Plans. <br /> <br />District Bridge Design Services, Broward County, Florida - District IV <br /> <br />This project consisted of assisting FOOT District 4 in miscellaneous bridge engineering services. These services included <br />design of minor bridges, review and quality assurance/quality control of minor bridges designed by others and review of <br />Value Engineering (V.E.C.P.) proposals and changes requested by the Contractor. Mr. Dagly participated in the design <br />and review of AASHTO Prestressed Beams for several structures. <br /> <br />Bridge Inspection Program, West Virginia Department of Transportation <br /> <br />Mr. Dagly performed the Bridge Load Rating of several existing Steel Truss Bridges. <br /> <br />SR 826 at NW 36TH Street Interchange, Miami -Dade County, Florida - District VI <br /> <br />Designer of Pile / Panel systems for the End Bent system for the S.R. 826 over Dressel's Dairy Canal Bridge. Mr. Dagly <br />also performed the Load Rating of four (4) bridges. <br /> <br />Miami Metrorail System - Kaiser Transit Group, Miami-Dade County, Florida <br /> <br />Prior to 1985, Mr. Dagly participated in final design and construction support services for Miami Metrorail for a <br />period of 6 years with Kaiser Transit Group, Miami, Florida. Preliminary and final design of various structural <br />components including guideway line sections, design and final development of shop drawings of cableway, cableway <br />supports systems for system wide, miscellaneous system wide structural components. <br />
