The canal's submerged lands are owned by four entities. The northern half of the canal's submerged lands is owned by the Cavalry Corporation. Sunny 11101 Beach Pooostrian Brldgo Project Concoptual Layout At this time the usage of the facility will be for pedestrians, bicycles and emergency vehicles; regular vehicular traffic is precluded due to a total available width of only 20' at the south end of the project where right of way is restricted to a 20' easement. City of Sunny Isles and is contiguous with the multiple parcels making up Town Center Park. The remaining submerged lands on the south side of the canal, lying westward of the City property is owned by the Porto Bellagio Condominium. The seawall and its immediately adjacent submerged lands, west of North Bay Road, are owned by the Winston Yacht Club, Inc. The seawall south of the Unicenter Shopping Plaza is owned by the Cavalry Corporation. The seawall south of the Winston Towers Condominium is indicated as its own parcel. However the folio number for this land was cancelled and a new folio is not available. ~~~~,
