The maximum amount allowed for the mobilization item shall be ten percent <br />(10%) of the total contract amount. <br /> <br />3. Mobilization includes, but is not limited to, mobilization of equipment, all <br />surveying, all supervision, cost of all bonds and warranties, all permit fees, <br />and all insurance. <br /> <br />PROTECTION <br /> <br />A. Where pavement, trees, shrubbery, fences or other property or surface structures <br />have been damaged, removed or disturbed by the Contractor, whether <br />deliberately or through failure to carry out the requirements of the Contract <br />Documents, state laws, municipal ordinances or the specific direction of the <br />Engineer, or through failure to employ usual and reasonable safeguards, such <br />property and surface structures shall be replaced or repaired at the expense of <br />the Contractor to a condition equal to that before work began within a time frame <br />approved by the Engineer. <br /> <br />SUBMITTALS <br /> <br />A.
