Promptly after Award of the Contract and within ten days after the effective date <br />of the Agreement, prepare and submit to the Engineer estimated construction <br />progress schedules for the work, with sub-schedules of related activities which <br />are essential to its progress. <br /> <br />B. Submit revised progress schedules on a monthly basis. <br /> <br />C. No partial payments shall be approved by the Engineer until there is an approved <br />up to date construction progress schedule on hand. <br /> <br />D. The Contractor shall designate an authorized representative of his firm who shall <br />be responsible for development and maintenance of the schedule and of <br />progress and payment reports. This representative of the Contractor shall have <br />direct project control and complete authority to act on behalf of the Contractor's <br />schedule. <br /> <br />1.02 RELATED REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Section 01010: <br /> <br />Summary of Work. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Section 01152: <br /> <br />Applications for Payment <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Section 01200: <br /> <br />Project Meetings. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Section 01340: <br /> <br />Shop Drawings, Working Drawings and Samples. <br /> <br />1.03 FORM OF SCHEDULES <br /> <br />A. Prepare schedules for submittal each month with pay request. The form of the <br />schedule is to be Microsoft™ Project 4.1 a or approved equal. The Schedule is to <br />indicate work completed to date and additions to or deletions from the schedule. <br /> <br />1. Provide separate horizontal bar or CPM for each trade or operation within <br />each structure or item. <br /> <br />2. Horizontal time scale: In weeks from start of construction and identify the <br />first work day of each month. <br /> <br />3.
