Our design team appreciates the project's complexity, and <br />budgetary and schedule constraints. We will maintain constant and close communication to ensure the <br />project's success. <br /> <br />TimHaahs as the prime professional specializes in, directs, and manages parking related projects. <br />TimHaahs brings a qualified, experienced team of professionals with the relevant experience to create <br />design criteria to serve the City for this crucial project. We understand the scope - design an <br />attractive, efficient, mixed-use facility for the City, and complete these services in an expeditious and <br />quality manner. We dedicate ourselves to the City of Sunny Isles and the City from the project's <br />development through completion and beyond. <br /> <br />Cost control is an essential component of this project. Our firm has been successful in designing <br />parking projects that come in at or below clients' budgets.
