<br />Build project, where he was responsible for conceptualizing, designing, field review of available power
<br />service point options, and coordinating installation of electric service with the 3 power service providers
<br />in the area. This project includes installation of traffic monitoring devices at 0.5 mile intervals along the
<br />entire 45 mile length ofI-75 in Broward County.
<br />
<br />C. Michael Hoover will serve as a Senior Communications Specialist. Mr. Hoover has over 25 years of
<br />ITS experience. His ITS experience includes the design, implementation and integration of fiber and
<br />wireless communications systems. Mr. Hoover served as Project Manager on the Nashville Regional
<br />ATMS, where he implemented 60 CCTV cameras, 20 DMSs, 140 radar detectors (85 wireless), 12 video
<br />detectors, and 2 HAR stations. He served as the Technical Project Manager on the Knoxville Regional
<br />ATMS Center, which included 72 CCTV cameras, 175 radar detectors (145 wireless), 20 DMSs, and 27
<br />video detectors. Mr. Hoover implemented a regional ITS in Peoria, lIIinois, which consisted of 15 CCTV
<br />cameras, 12 radar detectors, 2 DMSs, and 4 Operations Centers. He also managed all technical aspects of
<br />the 1-75 Fog Detection and Warning System in Charleston, Tennessee, including fiber optic
<br />communications, microwave communications, DMSs, radar traffic flow detectors, backscatter fog
<br />sensors, remote reporting weather station, and control center. He designed, fabricated, and licensed two
<br />BAR broadcast stations.
<br />
<br />Phuc Duong, PE, IMSA II, will serve as a Transportation Engineer. Mr. Duong has over eight years of
<br />transportation engineering experience. He served as Project Engineer for the FDOT District Three
<br />Districtwide Miscellaneous Traffic Operations Analysis/Design Services project, where he was involved
<br />in the analysis of several roadways and intersections in the panhandle area of Florida for safety, operation,
<br />and access management. Mr. Duong has prepared numerous traffic impact studies related to
<br />developments within the Tampa Bay area. He served as Transportation Engineer on the US 19 Access
<br />Management Study, where he analyzed 98 full median openings along 19.7 miles of US 19 in Pasco
<br />County. Mr. Duong prepared a corridor study for 46th A venue North between 80th Street and 62nd
<br />Street in St. Petersburg. He also assisted on the FDOT District Seven Causeway Boulevard Corridor
<br />Analysis, where he used CORSIM and HCS 2000 to analyze an urban interchange and fly-over for the
<br />design of the new Causeway Boulevard corridor in Tampa.

<br />Rosana Correa, PE, PTOE, will serve as a Transportation Engineer. Ms. Correa has over eight years of
<br />transportation engineering experience. She serves as Project Engineer on the City of Cape Coral
<br />Downtown CRA Traffic Study, where she is performing analyses of the existing and future conditions
<br />using SYNCHRO, HCS, SIDRA, and TRANSYT-7F. Ms. Correa assisted with a traffic impact study for
<br />an Elementary School and a High School in Polk County. She served as a Traffic Engineer Intern for the
<br />1-75 at SR 54 Preliminary Interchange Operations Analysis Report in Pasco County, where she calculated
<br />design hour volumes and traffic projections, and used HCS and CORSIM to evaluate and simulate the
<br />study area. Ms. Correa is assisting on the Ortiz Avenue project, which includes the preparation of a
<br />traffic study to widen the roadway from SR 82 to SR 80 from a 2-lane undivided to a 4-lane divided
<br />facility.
<br />
<br />Christina Florez, PE, will serve as an ITS and Communications Engineer. Ms. Florez has over six years
<br />of ITS and transportation experience, including supporting post design services on the FDOT District Six
<br />SunGuide ICS Package B project along 1-95 in Miami-Dade County. Ms. Florez assisted in the
<br />development of the Design-Build Minimum Functional Requirements and the Estimated Construction
<br />Costs for the Lee County IMS Design-Build Criteria Package and the Jacksonville 1-95 D/B Criteria
<br />Package Development project. Ms. Florez also assisted in the development and review of equipment
<br />specifications and the Phase I design of Broward County's EthernetlIP fiber optic communication
<br />network. She recently led the software testing and evaluation work associated with the FDOT District
<br />Four Broward County A TMS software project, and was an ITS engineering resource for the FDOT
<br />District Four 1-75/1-595 Phase 2 VMS Design-Build project.
