Landscape Architecture Services Our Landscape Architecture Division has expanded significantly over the past decade due to the demands of servicing similar contracts. Keith and Schnars has developed a successful approach for managing general landscape architectural services contracts that ensures the timely responses, complete and accurate documentation, and readily available resources to become a virtual extension of the City of Sunny Isles Beach's staff. We have provided Miscellaneous Landscape Architectural Services under continuing services contracts to the City of Coconut Creek, the City of Miami Gardens, the City of Marathon, and the City of Fort Lauderdale, as well as to the Florida Department of Transportation (in Districts IV and VI under district-wide contracts). Projects successfully completed under our previous landscape architectural services contracts include parks, streetscapes, municipal facilities, community enhancements, beautification projects, traffic calming, and roadway improvements. Services provided include plan reviews, construction observation and grant assistance. Our landscape architecture staff has served as the project managers for the majority of the projects noted above, giving them the experience to coordinate and direct the necessary team professionals to complete projects'and reviews. Our firm offers outstanding experience and technical background in the production and management of multiple concurrent projects for a single municipal client like the City of Sunny Isles Beach. This experience includes professional services for over 30 parks and recreation projects, over 50 streetscape/roadway landscape projects (in the past 5 years), and general landscape architecture services for more than 8 municipalities/agencies. Our multi-disciplinary firm can provide the complete professional support required for landscape architectural projects, including survey, utility coordination, traffic maintenance, and planning. Our combined roadway, streetscape and landscaping experience provides the knowledge and skills needed to successfully plan and implement roadway design criteria and accommodations for utilities.
