6. OPERATION OF RESTAURANT PHASE PROPOSER'S UNIOUE ABILITIES ROBERT O. HOADLEY will be the managing partner-owner and general manager of the restauranllshop operation. Mr. Hoadley is also the current owner and sole proprietor of the Pelican Pier Restaurant located on the pier at the Newport Beach Resort in the City of Sunny Isles Beach since 1999. Mr. Hoadley is also a working partner in Tuna's Raw Bar & Grille, the landmark, newly remodeled restaurant located in North Miami Beach since 2007. He has had extensive and successful food and beverage service experience throughout Miami Beach for the past 28 years. Of those years, 13 years have been working as an independent food and beverage and nightclub concessionaire at the Newport Beachside Resort. He has been the owner-operator of hotel beach bars and equipment concessionaires from 1984 - 1996 at various Miami Beach Hotels in the cites of Miami Beach, SUlfside, Sunny Isles Beach that includes the Tahiti Hotel, Sagamore Hotel, Seabrook Hotel, Riviera Beach Hotel, Suncity Hotel, and Dolphin Hotel. In designing this proposal, proposer offer the following key elements as our approach to this concession: Theme: Caribbean tropical beach, resort-casual s.u.rn: Bahamian-Caribbean / "Bahamas Breeze" with bright rainbow colors on white and tan background, gingerbread cornices, wicker furnishing, etc. Type of Food The primary feature food will be fresh fish and seafood in keeping with the fishing pier and the ocean. Since Miami is a great melting pot of the Caribbean, Central and South America, we would like to honor these cultures with the best of each country, plus the traditional American-fare,
