<br />REST AURANT OBJECTIVE: SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />BREAKFAST 7:30 AM-IO AM <br />DINNER 5 pm-IO pm, Weekends until 11 pm <br /> <br />LUNCH 11 am - 4 pm <br />PIER BAR -- 10 pm to 1 am <br /> <br />PIER GIFT & BAIT SHOP - 24 hours <br /> <br />The restaurant's proposed concept is the best suited at the City Pier site has a proven track record as a <br />casual restaurant for ten years under this proprietor and is a tradition and featured landmark - known also as <br />a restaurant than just a fishing pier. It is also in keeping with the casual atmosphere of the beach, It allows <br />the restaurant to draw from the greatest and most diverse clientele in the area. This will only add to its <br />continued success under the stable ownership of the proposer. <br /> <br />EMPLOYEE UNIFORMS & APPEARENCE <br /> <br />Our employees (female and male) will wear color-coordinated uniforms with facility name prominently displayed <br />and removable employee nametags for easy identification. All cotton uniforms will be designed to provide <br />ultimate breathable comfort on the hottest days and will consist of tan mesh shorts, white mesh shirts. and tan <br />safari hats with turquoise blue trim band on hat, shirt and pants. In addition, a uniform for the winter will be a <br />solid tan sweat suit with a turquoise blue and white vertical strip down the outer leg of the pants and sleeve of the <br />top. The tan safari hat with turquoise band will be the same as summer. All clothing articles can be interchanged <br />based on weather and individual comfort. The uniform color scheme (tan, white, turquoise blue) will be use in <br />part or in combination for food service materials wherever possible. <br />
