This may <br />change based on strategy and events. <br /> <br />Quarter One (Oct-Dee 2009): <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />. Initiate remaining 2009 SIB media editorial calendar with follow-up pitches to <br />local and national media. <br />. Develop and distribute final new SIBRA newsletter for Quarter I to members on <br />Sunny Isles Beach public relations happenings and media opportunities. <br />. 2nd Annual Sunny Isles Beach Jazz Fest. <br />a Media Outreach- Pre and Post Festival. <br />. Distribute HRMC representation release. <br />. Continuous Media Outreach. <br />. Develop yearly public relations plan. <br />. Develop SIB package for 2010 Pow-Wow. <br />. Provide public relations support for the GMCYB New York 11112 and Toronto <br />1114 media receptions, <br />. Respond to media inquiries and follow up by sending appropriate press materials. <br />. Work with the GMCYB on national media outreach. <br />. Develop comprehensive marketing report on SIB Jazz Fest with strategic <br />suggestions. <br />. Strategic planning meeting with SIBRA and SIB Administration. <br />. Begin "Fly South for the Winter to Florida's Riviera" campaign targeting North <br />Eastern United States and Canada media. <br /> <br />Quarter Two (Jan-Mar 2010): <br /> <br />. Design and implementation of new 2010 SIB editorial calendar of local, national <br />media outreach. <br />. Begin "Sunny Isles Beach- Florida Riviera Staycation" campaign targeting <br />Florida media. <br />. Develop and distribute "Sunny Isles Beach-Florida's Riviera Staycation" Release. <br />. Investigate joining CT A (Canadian Travel Association). <br />.
