<br />Our General Manager will maintain a local file of inspections at the corporate office. The file will <br />provide evidence that the scheduled quality control inspections are being performed. The file will <br />contain, but not limited to: <br /> <br />. A copy of our quality control plan <br />. A copy of all completed quality control checklist <br />. A copy of all quality control reports <br />. A copy of all corrective action taken <br /> <br />This file will be systematically analyzed and used for the prevention, detection, and correction of <br />problems. The General Manager will establish requirements for record control and retention. The <br />Operations Manager will make quality control records available for review or inspections any time <br />during this contract. <br /> <br />Our company recognizes the importance of quality control and assurance therefore; reporting and record <br />keeping is highly maintained. <br /> <br />. Filed properly <br /> <br />Response to Client request and Complaints <br /> <br />Chi-Ada Corporation developed a Quality Assurance Program through the use of questions and Client <br />Response Program. The program focuses on prompt responses to facility staff and complaints. Once <br />responses are established, we follow up to see a standard at the facility and our employee's will be <br />coached at an informational meeting. This will also be followed by periodic briefings and quarterly <br />updates to outline format, and the content of a complaint. <br /> <br />Each complaint is investigated and corrective actions are taken as necessary. This is a valuable way to <br />prevent subsequent errors to effectively demonstrate our commitment to total client satisfaction. <br /> <br />Emvlovment Practices <br /> <br />If awarded this contract, Chi-Ada will abide by all requirements of the Miami-Dade County's Living Wage <br />under County Code section 2-8.9. We agree to pay the Living Wage rate to all employees performing services <br />under the company and will increase to the rate that has been proposed effective October 1, 2008. <br /> <br />Scheduling <br /> <br />. Chi-Ada will provide a daily time card. The time card is used to identify the individual <br />working by name, time started, and time of all task completed. In additional to the time card, <br />there will be a logbook. The logbook will have a schedule of tasks assigned the day, location, <br />and the supervisor for that location. Each schedule will be available a week and a half in <br />advance to the workers. The schedule will serve as a way to reduce confusion as to who is <br />working and when and where they are assigned to for that specific day. <br /> <br />28 <br />
