<br />· In 1994, Mr. Mcintyre was project manager for Ceres Environmental's 70-ton per-day municipal solid <br />waste and sewage sludge composting facility in St. Paul, MN, the only facility in the state to meet <br />Class 1 unrestricted end use standards for 100 percent of its end product. <br />· In 1992, Hurricane Andrew struck Florida and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers awarded contracts <br />to Ceres Environmental for the processing of several hundred thousand cubic yards of wood waste. <br />One of the contracts required work to start on an emergency basis in 48 hours from notice of award. <br />For this contract, Mr. Mcintyre personally directed the acquisition of 25 chippers from Michigan, hired <br />120 employees, and mobilized from Minnesota to Florida all within the required 48-hour period. The <br />Corps of Engineers was so satisfied with Ceres performance that they exercised all the contract <br />options for additional work. <br />· The company under Mr. Mcintyre's direction stabilized the Mississippi River Lock and Dam #8 on an <br />emergency basis by placing 18,600 tons of riprap within seven weeks. <br />· Mr. Mcintyre has built a substantial snow removal business that services most of the downtown <br />Minneapolis parking properties. Ceres is still providing this service for its original major customer from <br />26 years ago. Ceres has retained 90 percent of current customers for more than 17 years. <br /> <br />Education/Certifications <br />· University of Minnesota Institute of Technology, 1974-1977. Extensive graduate level course works <br />with a major in Physics and minors in Chemistry and Mathematics. <br />· University of Minnesota College of Liberal Arts, 1972-1974, (Dean's list) <br /> <br />John Ulschmid, Corporate Vice President and Operations Planner <br /> <br />Management Responsibilities <br />Mr. Ulschmid has 21 years of experience with Ceres. He is responsible for the Corporation's operations, <br />various management aspects of the construction and demolition division, and the emergency <br />management services division of Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. Capabilities provided by Mr. <br />Ulschmid include: project acquisition; project management; contract administration; regulatory agency <br />liaison duties; and personnel management. He also has corporate responsibilities for Public Affairs, <br />Information Systems, and Logistics Management. Mr. Ulschmid has managed multiple projects <br />simultaneously with total revenues in excess of $325M. <br />Professional Experience <br />· Managed the Ceres Environmental response to Hurricane Katrina from 2005-2007 in Jefferson <br />Parish, LA, and other parishes, including work involving more than 13 million cubic yards of hurricane <br />debris. <br />· Supervised registration, operation, and document control for more than 7,009 pieces of loading and <br />hauling equipment used on the Hurricane Katrina recovery mission. <br />· Maintained relations with more than 500 subcontractors who worked for Ceres while processing <br />applications from an additional 4,500 subcontractors who wished to work with Ceres during the <br />Hurricane Katrina response. <br />· Supervised demolition of more than 916 flood-damaged and wind-damaged homes in Louisiana <br />following the breach of the New Orleans levees. <br />· Managed the Ceres Environmental debris response to Hurricane Frances in 2004 in Palm Beach <br />County, FL. Mobilized and operated load and haul crews that hauled more than 400,000 cubic yards. <br />Mobilized and operated field crews to remove and dispose hurricane debris and provide cleanup <br />services, while maintaining an excellent safety record. <br />· Safety Officer and Contract Administrator during the Kansas City Ice Storm cleanup of 2002, in which <br />Ceres hauled more than 510,000 cubic yards in 16 days and met the City's deadlines for completion <br />of work, while maintaining very high safety standards. <br />· Administered the successful completion of a contract awarded by the U.S. Air Force, Hickam Air <br />Force Base, HI. The contract included the demolition, hauling, and site restoration of approximately <br />30 structures located at Hickam AFB, Tripier Medical Center, Wheeler Army Airfield, Fort Shatter, and <br />Schofield Barracks. The project included abatement of asbestos containing materials prior to <br />demolition, removal, and proper management of hazardous wastes, and air monitoring of personnel. <br /> <br />CJ;RSf;;S <br /> <br />Tab B.
