<br />Mr. Ulschmid was responsible for contract negotiations, contract administration, overseas equipment
<br />and supply shipments, and personnel management.
<br />· Administration of a multi-million dollar multiple-award contract for the U.S. Navy, Southwest Region.
<br />Projects included single and multi-story structures at various military bases located in California. One
<br />project invoiced partial demolition of a multi-story steel structure erected on top of a concrete historic
<br />building. The structure contained hazardous materials that, under Mr. Ulschmid's expert direction, the
<br />company removed and disposed of in accordance with all regulations, using his and the company's
<br />experience and certifications in hazardous materials. The demolition was completed while preserving
<br />the integrity of the historic structure as well as a WWII periscope and other historic artifacts retained
<br />by the U.S. Navy and the Chicago Naval Museum. Mr. Ulschmid was responsible for contract
<br />negotiations, crew assignment, project management, budgeting equipment and supply shipments,
<br />and personnel management.
<br />· Negotiated and administered a contract awarded by the U.S. Air Force, Thule Air Base, Greenland.
<br />This contract required the emergency demolition of an unstable portion of the Ballistic Missile Early
<br />Warning Station located eight miles from the main base. Additionally, the contract required the
<br />demolition of more than 100 buildings and included asbestos abatement, debris hauling,
<br />environmental management, and site restoration. Mr. Ulschmid negotiated the emergency services
<br />contract, conducted a pre-demolition engineering survey, organized and implemented the emergency
<br />deployment of specialized equipment and personnel, and administered the contract. Mr. Ulschmid
<br />was also responsible for reviewing special performance and safety requirements to ensure the safe
<br />completion of the project under dangerous Arctic conditions. A tight timetable requiring completion of
<br />work prior to spring thaw was met.
<br />· Project Manager of a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers contract awarded in response to Hurricane Fran,
<br />North Carolina, 1996. Organized debris removal and disposal operations, debris disposal facility
<br />(TDSRS) management, and personnel management.
<br />· Project Manager of a contract awarded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. This contract included
<br />in-situ chemical treatment of lead-impacted soils associated with an old foundry site. The project
<br />included air monitoring, soil verification sampling, and compliance of the contract, work plan review
<br />and approval, and personnel management. This contract was successfully completed in August 1996.

<br />Management Responsibilities
<br />Mr. Johnson has worked for Ceres for 25 years. From his start as a crew supervisor, he is now a
<br />corporate officer and has responsibilities that include: corporate and project financing; personnel hiring
<br />and training; contract negotiations; insurance administration; project management, planning, and
<br />scheduling; customer relations; and direction of corporate marketing activities. In addition, Mr. Johnson
<br />has been responsible for management of the corporation's wood waste processing, air curtain burning,
<br />composting, and UST divisions. He actively participates in speaking engagements relating to various
<br />company projects and unique technologies.
