<br />Management Responsibilities
<br />Ms. Mcintyre provides to the company more than 18 years of safety-related experience in the
<br />construction, manufacturing, research, and service industries. Her 11 years of experience with Ceres
<br />include supervising the implementation and maintenance of the Corporate Health and Safety Programs
<br />and policies and ensuring site compliance with regulatory and contractual safety requirements. She has
<br />managed a safety department consisting of up to 50 safety officers. Her previous history includes work in
<br />private industry as well as government contracts awarded by various branches. She has conducted
<br />numerous site and facility compliance audits, prepared and implemented written programs and site plans,
<br />and conducted a variety of employee training and educational seminars. She has extensive experience
<br />as an industrial hygienist specific to asbestos abatement projects, which includes the ability to collect and
<br />analyze air samples. Ms. Mcintyre has also obtained certifications as a licensed AHERA building
<br />inspector and as a lead-based-paint risk assessor.
<br />Professional Experience
<br />· Safety Officer on Ceres' $500 million contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for Hurricane
<br />Katrina recovery, in which Ceres maintained a lost time record below national averages for
<br />comparable work.
<br />· Site Management of a U.S. Navy contract involving the demolition of several structures and one
<br />partial demolition of a structure with preservation of the underlying historic building. Duties included
<br />site supervision, personnel management, scheduling, quality control, and compliance with
<br />environmental and safety requirements. Preliminary government rating: Outstanding performance.
<br />· Quality Control Officer for a U.S. Navy contract for the demolition of a structure at the EI Centro, CA,
<br />Naval Air Facility. Responsible for project oversight and quality control, management of
<br />subcontracted asbestos and lead abatement, and conformance to safety and environmental
<br />requirements. Government rating: Outstanding performance.
<br />· Provided project supervision as Industrial Hygienist for numerous asbestos abatement projects
<br />located throughout the contiguous United States, Hawaii, West Indies, South Atlantic, and Greenland
<br />for a total of 150 structures. Responsibilities included the development and/or approval of abatement
<br />plans, review and approval of worker certifications, and continuous supervision to ensure worker
<br />compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. In addition, each project required the daily
<br />collection and analysis of air samples, evaluation of sample results in relation to abatement activities
<br />and procedures, and the preparation and submittal of daily reports.
<br />· Conducted numerous training and educational seminars for executives, managers, supervisors, and
<br />laborers covering a wide range of safety programs and topics. Some programs have included:
<br />chemical safety, respiratory protection, confined space entry, lockouUtagout, personal protective
<br />equipment, work site hazards, accident investigation, emergency response and evacuation,
<br />transportation of hazardous materials, and hazardous waste handling.
<br />· Developed and implemented Corporate Safety Policies and Procedures, facility-specific safety
<br />programs, and site safety plans. Ensures continued maintenance, accuracy, and completeness of
<br />safety programs and plans.
<br />· Corporate Safety and Environmental Manager for a large telecommunications-manufacturing firm.
<br />Responsible for the development and implementation of corporate policies and guidelines and
<br />assisted four manufacturing facilities with completion of written safety programs and related training.
<br />Conducted facility audits to ensure compliance with applicable EPA and OSHA regulations and
